BECKTRONIC manufactures SMT stencils and laser fine-cut components in highest accuracy

Our laser systems are constantly tested and continually perfected. This results in a precise cutting performance as well as very high repeatability and positioning accuracy of ≤ 3μm. The high technical standard of the production facilities, the many years of experience and the consistent further development of processes ensure the consistent quality of our services around the SMT stencil. A final inspection including a scan-check complete our QM-system. The CAD data is compared with the cutting image and stencil is checked for completeness and dimensional accuracy of all apertures.

In addition, we offer suitable accessories such as space-saving and individually configurable storage and archiving options, quick tensioning frames in various sizes and designs, tailor-made squeegee blades as well as various finishing processes to get the best out of your SMD stencil.

Our company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The certification serves on the one hand to secure our market position vis-à-vis competitors and on the other hand to continuously optimise our business processes.

Since 2019 we have bundled our know-how with Emil Otto and SMT Express. As specialists in the electronics sector, together we offer quality products that complement each other according to the modular principle and guarantee economical and clean printing of printed circuit boards.
